The Apostle Paul frequently used athletic metaphors, and specifically running metaphors, to deliver his messages in the New Testament. He knew then what I've figured out now: life is like running. Paul understood that by addressing life challenges with references to athletic challenges, his audiences had a better chance of understanding the power they had within them to face the fights they were facing in their lives. He also knew this would point them to the opportunity they had to encourage one another in those fights.
I'm not Paul. But I'd love to talk to your group about the lessons I've learned through running that I believe will bring strength to the fights you or your group are facing. Contact me below and lets talk about how I might bring you encouragement.
